Sharon Iovanni Joins the StonehamBank Business Development Team

Janice T. Houghton, President and CEO of StonehamBank, is proud to announce the addition of Sharon Iovanni to the StonehamBank team. “Nobody knows Stoneham like Sharon,” says Houghton. “She makes a great addition to our team and I feel very lucky to have her here at StonehamBank.”

Sharon has over thirteen years experience working with Stoneham area businesses and brings a wealth of knowledge to StonehamBank.  Most recently and notably, she worked as the Executive Director of the Stoneham Chamber of Commerce.  In addition to her work at the Chamber, Sharon is also a member of the Stoneham Theatre Guild, the Rotary Club of Stoneham, and was a past coordinator for the Stoneham Girl Scouts. She also volunteers her time with various local organizations, including the Stone Zoo.

“As a lifelong resident, I love Stoneham. My husband Tom and I raised our children here and value the quality of life we’ve all enjoyed,” says Sharon. “Over the last thirteen years, I’ve come to know the businesses here and the important role they play in Stoneham’s vitality and health. I am excited to be officially associated with StonehamBank in my new position, and I look forward to continuing relationships with my professional acquaintances and to forming new partnerships in the business community.”

In her new role, Sharon will provide support to existing business customers.  Additionally, she will act as an advocate for local businesses at StonehamBank with a constant focus on improving the Bank’s products and level of service.
