StonehamBank Welcomes new Director to its Board

Billerica, MA – StonehamBank Chairman of the Board Eugene Passaro and President/CEO Janice T. Houghton recently announced the appointment of Gilbert A. Moreira.

Mr. Moreira is the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Kraematon Investment Advisors, Inc. where he has been employed since 1993.  Mr. Moreira earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Massachusetts and his Master in Business Administration from Suffolk University.  He is a Registered Representative of Donegal Securities, Inc., the affiliated broker dealer for Kraematon and holds multiple Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) registrations.

Mr. Moreira is the former elected Town Meeting Moderator in Billerica, as well as the former President of Billerica’s Youth Soccer Association.  He enjoys spending time with his wife, children and grandchildren, and planning new and unique activities, such as taking flight lessons and piloting a plane.
