First-Time Home Buyer Seminar | Events | StonehamBank

Stoneham, MA – StonehamBank is hosting a First Time Home Buyer Seminar on Saturday, January 25 beginning at 9:00 AM at the 80 Montvale Avenue Branch.

"The purpose of this seminar,” says Dyl, “is to have our expert speakers educate potential home buyers about the home buying process with an emphasis on special first time home buyer programs. The goal of the seminar is that this knowledge will lead to successful homeownership."

The seminar will run approximately three hours and attendees will have an opportunity to request free pre-qualification applications and credit reports.

Presenters include Ms. Dyl, as well as MassHousing Business Development Officer Lisa Fiandaca; Realtor Sharon Potts from ReMAX Legacy; and, Attorney Christopher Gordon - all of whom will not only provide attendees with current home buying knowledge but also answer individual home buying questions.
