StonehamBank Launches New Mobile App!

Stoneham, MA - On Monday, July 14, StonehamBank officially launched its new mobile banking application for all smartphone and tablet devices. StonehamBank has had a mobile banking product since 2009, notes President & CEO Janice T. Houghton, but mobile deposit was not part of the product’s services, and something that customers had been asking about more recently.

“We are always happy when we can give our customers what they want,” says President & CEO Janice T. Houghton, “and this new app gives them exactly what they’ve asked for and more!”

The new app is available for all Apple and Android mobile devices, and allows customers with online banking to make check deposits, check balances, find no-fee ATMs, pay bills and more – all from the palm of their hand.

Current users of StonehamBank’s original mobile banking app will have to download the new app to their device, but that process is a simple one.
